Initial Consultation

New clients are asked to pay an initial consultation fee of £120 (inclusive of VAT) prior to meeting with us.

Before the meeting, you will be invited to complete a detailed online questionnaire (please click here to access), which provides background information about your circumstances. This allows us to make the best possible use of the consultation and provide clear and practical advice from the outset.

Following the meeting, you will receive:

• A summary of the advice provided

• Legal guides relevant to your circumstances

• Initial estimates of likely costs and timescales should you decide to proceed

Initial Client Payment

Payment on account

If you decide to proceed following your consultation, the firm requires an initial payment of £1,200 (£1,000 plus VAT) before work begins. This payment is placed on account and will be used towards the legal work carried out on your behalf
